Call of the Sea’s Board of Directors has announced the election of a new slate of officers:

Graham Green, Chair
Gary Schwarzman, Vice-Chair
Chris Kieliger, Treasurer
Dan Sillin, Secretary

Graham Green, incoming Chair, has been instrumental in guiding and supporting Call of the Sea since well before Schooner Seaward arrived on the scene.  For the past five years he has served as Call of the Sea’s Treasurer.  Besides his business and non-profit commitments, Graham is an active Knarr sailor out of the St. Francis Yacht club.  He lives in
San Francisco with his wife Bianca and young son Sebastian.

Executive Director Ken Neal is enthusiastic about working with this group.  “First, I want to thank John Racanelli for his service as Board Chair for the past two years.  John’s steady leadership has been instrumental in helping Call of the Sea to mature as an organization.  We’re all grateful to John for that service and pleased that after stepping down as Chair he will be continuing on the Board.

“Having worked closely with Graham for the past five years, I’m delighted that he has agreed to accept the chairmanship.  Call of the Sea has benefited from his knowledge and judgment in business matters, and we are all looking forward to his vision and leadership as Board Chair.”
