Call of the Sea board members invite you to celebrate Opening Day 2008 a day early (and yes, a dollar short)!

This year, Call of the Sea's annual fundraising party is taking it up a notch ...way up. On Saturday, April 26th, 2008, Call Of The Sea, teams with the Bay Model to celebrate the start of the 2008 sailing season.

The party will include festive live music featuring Santa Cruz's Sourgrass, dancing, food and wine, a live-auction including valuable art and travel, Martin the Magician for the kids, and ending with a sunset sail aboard Call Of The Sea’s vessel, the 82-ft. Schooner, Seaward.

When: Saturday April 26th, 2008, 3 pm - 6 pm plus Sunset Sail 6:30 pm - 8 pm

Where: Bay Model Visitor Center and Seaward, 2100 Bridgeway, Sausalito, CA 94965

Donation: $75 (Includes seat aboard Seaward for event's Sunset Sail or certificate for sail during '08 season.)

All attendees making a donation will be automatically entered into a drawing for an enchanting weekend getaway for two!

Call of the Sea, is a California-based non-profit proudly connecting the Bay Area’s youth with the sea through educational programs ranging from the ocean environment, teamwork and leadership, sailing and our nautical heritage.
