Rates
Weekdays: $450/hour, three hour minimumWeekends: $475/hour, three hour minimum
Service/Set up fee for outside catering: $150
Alternate pick up point (other than the Bay Model, Sausalito):
$200 plus any docking fees

Capacity
Schooner Seaward carries up to 40 passengers comfortably. If the boat is in ocean waters more than 20 miles from land, she can carry up to 20 passengers. This includes all members of the charter party.Catering
Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages, but please inform our office if you intend to do so and take care of your own set-up and clean-up as well. When outside catering services are used, a $150 service fee will be charged to cover loading, stowing, set up and garbage disposal. If an outside service is used, please inform them the that food should be prepared off the boat and be easy to serve aboard.Payment
A 50% deposit should be paid within 14 days of booking to confirm reservations. The remainder of payment is due 14 days in advance of the date of the charter.Cancellation
If the sail is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the date of the charter, the deposit will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee. If it is cancelled less than 60 days before the charter, the deposit will be retained unless the ship can be rescheduled. In that case, the deposit would be refunded minus a $100 administration fee. If it is between 0 and 14 days of the charter date, the entire payment will be retained.Weather
If the vessel captain and Call of the Sea Management decide it is safe to sail and the Charter Party wants to cancel, the above cancellation terms apply. If there is a mutual decision to cancel, the preferred option is to reschedule, otherwise any payment will be returned less a $100 administration fee.Tipping
